This Design-Build project involved the build out of a 1,400 square foot lease area into a new fragrance and cosmetics store at Taubman Company’s open air Partridge Creek Mall.

The scope of work included the complete demolition of an existing retail shoe store and installing new prefinished bamboo wood flooring, new painted gypsum wall and ceiling finishes and the installation of new plastic laminate and glass display cabinets. The work also included the installation of back lit signage and poster cases. The exterior store front was reworked to include new windows, doors and polished black granite wall finishes.

The store’s lighting was completely reworked to include a combination of recessed incandescent and track lighting utilizing energy efficient LED fixtures and lamps. Illuminart, Inc. provided lighting design services for the project.

All work was performed within a three week construction period.
