Joe Muer Seafood Restaurant Renovation

Roncelli, Inc. has taken the former Northern Lakes Seafood space at the newly renovated Kingsley Inn near the corner of Woodward and Long Lake Road and transformed it into an “upscale” Fine Dining Restaurant making it the second location for the iconic Joe Muer Seafood family of restaurants.

Roncelli was retained to convert the old restaurant space into a “state of the art” eatery worthy of the Joe Muer tradition which began in 1929. Roncelli oversaw all aspects of renovation as the Construction Manager on the project. The renovation included total interior demolition and construction of a retro-modern facility with a black and white tile bar area, sunburst chandeliers, raw bar, two spacious dining areas, custom wine rack and a full kitchen facility. There was a complete renovation of the entrance with a new sleek façade and newly stained concrete walkways.

The entire renovation took just under six months to complete.
