This lifestyle center consists of three structural steel framed buildings. The main structure is 111,000 square feet and features cast stone with stucco façade accents and a custom aluminum and glass curtain wall exterior storefront system. An 11,200 square foot out building with brick and cast stone exterior house a retail drugstore. The third structure, a 1,650 square foot coffee shop, consists of a brick façade with a custom curtain wall glazed storefront.
Beneath the 600 space asphalt parking lot is a 79,505 cubic foot underground storm water retention system. Landscape islands with large trees, up lighting and sculpted masonry elements accent the pedestrian friendly walkways.
Lease spaces within the main structure vary from 1,100 SF to over 6,500 SF and are all individually served by utilities.
