St. Basil Catholic Church – Parish Hall Renovation & Handicap Ramp Replacement

St. Basil the Great Catholic Church selected Roncelli, Inc. to renovate and upgrade their existing fellowship hall and replace the existing handicap ramp.  Scope included removing and hauling away existing closets, cabinets, partitions, doors and chalkboards to make room for seven new storage closets.  Interior renovations also included new cabinetry, counter-tops, lighting, window treatments and freshly painted walls and new vinyl tile flooring.

Construction activities were scheduled around on going church functions, weddings, funerals, etc. by working closely with St. Basil’s Facility Manager. To ensure safety to the facility’s users, Church/Youth activities were segregated from construction activities with temporary construction barriers and partitions.
