Ford Land selected Roncelli, Inc. to provide construction management services for the “Wagner Place” a mixed-use urban development project for 600 Ford employees located in downtown West Dearborn, Michigan.

The two city block project will feature outdoor green space, new stores, restaurants and corporate offices. The 120-year old Wagner Hotel building will maintain its historical façade while undergoing a comprehensive renovation of the interior areas. All structures on the site will be demolished, making way for the US Green Building Council (USGBC) high-performance energy standards thus obtaining a LEED, “Silver” Certification.
