Proud to Support a Great Cause
Our team had the opportunity to participate in A Touch of Football 2026, a flag‑football charity event hosted by the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation at Ford Field. The event brings together local organizations and supporters to raise awareness and funding for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
We were proud to be part of an experience that not only offers the unique chance to play on an NFL field but also supports a mission dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by inflammatory bowel diseases.
About the Event
The Michigan Chapter of the Foundation hosts A Touch of Football as an annual flag‑football tournament designed to spotlight their work while generating support for research, patient programs, and community initiatives. Teams from across the region take part in a friendly, well‑organized competition that helps advance this important cause.
By participating, we joined a community of individuals and organizations committed to making a meaningful impact.
Why This Cause Matters
The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation plays an essential role in:
- Advancing research toward better treatments and cures
- Supporting patients and families with resources and education
- Raising awareness about Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis
Events like A Touch of Football help amplify these efforts and bring more visibility to the Foundation’s mission. We’re grateful to contribute to work that directly benefits individuals living with IBD.
A Positive Experience for a Purposeful Impact
The tournament delivered a great mix of teamwork, friendly competition, and shared purpose. While the games were a highlight, the true value came from helping support an organization that continues to make a real difference. Previous events have demonstrated strong community support, raising substantial funds for the Foundation’s programs and research efforts.
We were honored to take part and look forward to supporting future initiatives that promote awareness and progress in the fight against Crohn’s and colitis.
