As we close out the celebration of Women’s History Month and Women in Construction Week, I couldn’t think of a better time to introduce myself as Roncelli’s new Director of Sales & Marketing.
Our department has evolved from Business Development to Sales & Marketing (S&M), reflecting the full scope of what we do, far beyond just BD efforts. This team is growing, evolving, and stepping up in big ways to ensure that Roncelli’s story is told louder and clearer than ever before. As our construction teams continue to deliver best-in-class results for our clients, my team will be transforming how we engage with new markets, strengthen existing relationships, and showcase our expertise.
What’s on the horizon for S&M you may ask? A new “tech stack”, a new team member dedicated to digital marketing, a fresh approach to proposals and presentations, and a renewed focus on positioning Roncelli as the industry leader it has become. And I can’t forget to mention the exciting launch of a new website, coming later this year along with a slight brand refresh (don’t worry the logo is staying).
If you didn’t already know, we’re learning to build data centers, stepping into k-12, and continuing to grow into a one-stop shop for all your construction needs. And if you didn’t know before, you’ll start hearing about it in your inbox, on your social feeds, and across the industry.
