Now in its third generation of leadership, the company continues to preserve its tradition of excellence while embarking on an exciting new chapter of expansion.

The Expansion Project

As announced during the ground breaking ceremony the project will add an additional 30,000 square feet of space. The project will bring the family-run bakery on Lumpkin Street to a total of 140,000 square feet and employ an additional 25 people. The expansion will not only enhance Metropolitan Baking Co’s production capabilities by 30-40% but also contribute to the economic development of the community.
