Celebrating a Strong Start

We recently hosted a Safety Luncheon at our Harvard Square project to recognize the team for an outstanding start to the job. The event brought together our field crews, project leadership, and Safety Team for a moment of appreciation and reflection on the work completed so far.

During the luncheon, our Safety Team provided a brief overview of the project’s safety performance and the proactive measures our crews have implemented to keep the site running smoothly. While the update was valuable, the focus of the gathering was to commend the team for their daily commitment to working safely.

The Harvard Square project has seen a strong and successful beginning due to the team’s awareness, collaboration, and consistent application of safe work practices. From pre-task planning and daily huddles to hazard recognition and housekeeping, every person on site has played an important role in building a safe and productive environment. The luncheon served as a meaningful opportunity to acknowledge these efforts and reinforce the culture that drives them.

We appreciate the dedication of our field team, subcontractor partners, and safety professionals who continue to demonstrate what it means to put safety first. Their work sets the tone for the remainder of the project and reflects the standards we strive for across all Roncelli jobsites.
