Our team recently wrapped up a significant project at Henry Ford Macomb, designed in two phases to ensure that hospital operations and parking lot access remained uninterrupted. This careful approach allowed us to complete the work efficiently while minimizing disruption to hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
Collaboration was key to the project’s success. We worked closely with Henry Ford Macomb to coordinate logistics and maintain open communication, ensuring all stakeholders were kept informed throughout the process. The project involved pouring roughly 5,000 square yards of concrete, starting with 10 inches of limestone as the foundation, followed by 8 inches of concrete on top for durability.
Safety was a priority. We installed secure barricades around the work areas and provided clear, safe walkways for staff and patients to move easily between parking and the hospital. This attention to detail allowed us to maintain safety without compromising the hospital’s daily operations.
By delivering high-quality work and maintaining a focus on safety and coordination, this project was a great success!
