In the Field: Where Plans Become Progress

Across our active job sites, forward momentum is powered by the people in the field who show up every day committed to safety, quality and collaboration. This edition of In the Field highlights two projects where that dedication is clearly on display as work continues to move forward for our clients.

University of Michigan Health Frances and Kenneth Eisenberg Troy Center for Specialty Care

Walbridge-Roncelli Healthcare Partners

At the University of Michigan Health Frances and Kenneth Eisenberg Troy Center for Specialty Care, work continues on a complex, multi-story healthcare facility that will expand access to advanced specialty care for patients across Oakland County.

Through ongoing coordination with trade partners and a strong focus on safety, the team on site is navigating the demands of a large-scale healthcare build with precision and care. As the structure takes shape, attention to detail remains critical to meeting the high standards required for advanced diagnostic, surgical, medical and therapeutic services.

The collaboration between Walbridge-Roncelli Healthcare Partners, the design team and trade partners remains essential as each phase advances. The efforts of the crews in the field continue to push the project forward in support of patients, providers and the surrounding community.

Universal Nine Mile

UTSI

At Universal Nine Mile, our team is bringing new life to an existing office building through a comprehensive, multi-floor renovation designed to support modern workplace needs. The five-story building, complete with a basement, spans 47,390 square feet and is located along East 9 Mile Road in Warren, Michigan.

Currently underway, the renovation touches every level of the building, transforming both interior spaces and building systems to align with today’s standards for functionality, comfort, and efficiency. As work progresses, our focus remains on thoughtful coordination, safety, and maintaining momentum across all floors, including the building’s highest occupied level at nearly 46 feet above grade.

With construction actively moving forward, Universal Nine Mile reflects how careful planning and disciplined execution turn existing structures into refreshed, future-ready environments. The project is slated for completion in 2026, and we look forward to sharing continued progress as this space takes shape.
