On March 11, 2024, our Roncelli team had the privilege of presenting at the A. Philip Randolph Career and Technical Center as part of Renewable Energy Week presented by DTE.  Our Roncelli team members engaged with students across two class sessions. Our presentation emphasized the critical need for young individuals to join the trades and extended to the intricacies of designing and constructing for solar energy. Students were provided with hands-on experience, handling a utility-scale solar panel, and participated in competitive games designed to enhance their learning. The aim of the day was to spotlight the career opportunities available within the construction industry and to enlighten the students about the future of renewable energy in Michigan.

We are grateful to DTE for the opportunity to speak during Renewable Energy Week. It was a wonderful experience to connect with Detroit’s youth and share our passion for construction sustainable energy.
