Roncelli Ranks on Crain’s Detroit Cool Places to Work List for Second Year in a Row

For the second year in a row, Roncelli, Inc., has made the Crain’s Cool Places to Work in Michigan list. We are proud of our workplace and the work we do at Roncelli.Roncelli, Inc. was awarded a spot on Crain’s 2021 Cool Places to Work in Michigan.

The 2021 Cool Places to Work list is comprised of 100 Michigan-based companies, ranging in size and industry. 2021 marks the second year in a row Roncelli has made the list.

A few common traits among companies who made the 2021 Cool Places to Work list included those that provided initiatives and training on inclusiveness, resources for mental illness and leadership teams that listen. Work places on the list also possessed making workplace flexibility and creative employee engagement main priorities; such traits arose greatly due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
