Mike Dadas joined Roncelli in 2007 after nearly 33 years at Ford Motor Company. Early on and mid-career at Roncelli, Mike was a key player in some of the firm’s largest automotive projects before moving over to manage government-related initiatives. Mike currently oversees Roncelli’s strategy, relationship-building and joint ventures for government projects. Mike studied at Winsor Lean Manufacturing Academy with a focus in management. He also studied industrial management at Central Michigan University. He has participated in various professional organizations such as the Society for Manufacturing Engineers (SME), the American Foundry Society (AFS), the AFS White House Committee and the Northeast Ohio Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. On a personal note Mike resides in Rochester Hills, Mich., and also has a home in Bradenton, Fla. He and his wife, Carrie, have five adult children and three grandchildren. Mike and his family enjoy boating, golf, traveling restoring cars and, most importantly, family.
