UM Health Expands Specialty Care Services in Troy
Walbridge Roncelli Healthcare Partners, is honored to have been selected as the Construction Manager for this important project. We are proud to partner with Michigan Medicine in bringing this state-of-the-art healthcare facility to life while delivering on a shared commitment to innovation, quality, and community impact.
Planned for development at 3100 West Big Beaver Road, the new facility will offer specialty services closer to communities in metro Detroit. The site, formerly part of the Kmart headquarters campus, was acquired to support U-M Health’s mission of increasing access to advanced clinical care throughout the state.
The upcoming center represents a forward thinking investment in patient centered care, designed to deliver renowned medical expertise and innovative treatment options in a convenient and welcoming setting.
With an emphasis on sustainable building practices, the project will incorporate environmentally responsible design elements that align with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards. This reinforces Michigan Medicine’s commitment to long-term environmental stewardship.
