Roncelli, Inc. has taken Detroit’s old 14,000 sf Chicago Road House and transformed it into an “upscale” 20,000 sf Restaurant and Banquet facility for the City of Dearborn and the Andiamo Family of Restaurant’s.

The building had been vacant for several years before Roncelli, Inc. was retained to convert it into a “state of the art” eatery. Roncelli oversaw all aspects of renovation as the Construction Manager on the project. From the recessed amphitheater sports bar area thru two spacious dining areas, to the dramatic curving outdoor patio dining area, and the beautiful banquet facility.
