Henry Ford Health hired Joint Venture Roncelli-Walbridge-DIG to complete the new modern outpatient medical center in the former K-Mart store in Plymouth. MI. The multi-story, 120,000-square-foot medical center, located on 40777 Ann Arbor Road at Haggerty, will have fire-rated steel construction,
fully suppressed with partial 2-story and partial 3-story height. The medical center will provide Cancer care, Pharmacy(both retail and compounding), specialty care services, as well as an Ambulatory Surgery Center, Central Sterile Processing, Emergency Department, Radiology including fixed MRI, and clinic space.

The project is a new build ground up project consisting of sitework, underground utility tie-ins, foundations, structural steel erection, siding, masonry ,roofing, MEP infrastructure and interior fit out of the aforementioned spaces including, but not limited to, carpentry, doors, frames & hardware, glazing, drywall, hard tile, flooring, painting, finishes, etc. The building exterior will consist of brick, metal panels and glazing. The project scope also includes storm water retention system, new site lighting, Public Right-of-way work and MDOT work as well as new parking lots.
