​Roncelli was contracted for the Utica Community Schools (UCS) Project to perform excavation and install concrete foundations for multiple building additions surrounding an existing structure. This initiative is part of UCS’s comprehensive facility improvement plan, funded by the successful 2023 bond proposal, which aims to enhance safety and modernize educational environments across the district. The project also included placing interior concrete flatwork for these additions, as well as plumbing and electrical trenches and various infill areas throughout the building, along with the associated earthwork to support these installations.
