Roncelli was hired as general contractor by Stellantis to complete a 6,000-square-foot cafeteria renovation located at Stellantis’ trucking assembly plant in Warren, Mich. The scope of work included initial demolition of existing office space, assembly and storage area. Concrete slabs were removed to install all new underground plumbing and electrical work.

Features of the new kitchen and dining area include a cooler(freezer), sewer ejection pump, kitchen hoods and a new roof top steel platform with air handler and exhaust fans.
