DTE selected Roncelli to perform improvements to their Service Center in Newport, MI. The center is dispatch hub for lineman and underground utility workers.  It also serves as a base station for storm emergency workers.

Roncelli began renovations to the Newport Service Center in June 2018 starting with replacing its existing power distribution equipment and adding five HVAC rooftop air handling units. The interior renovation included remodeling offices, locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and added conference rooms with all new AV equipment and a full kitchen and café area.

The project was on a fast track schedule of six months and was completed in December 2018.
