Roncelli was hired by Beaumont Health to complete the 31,000 square foot renovation at its Grosse Pointe campus in Grosse Pointe, Mich.

The project was completed in phases to replace existing operating rooms, waiting room and prep/recovery rooms. The project included eight new operating rooms, one hybrid operating room and 10 pacu spaces (including one isolation room). Support spaces were also renovated including a conference room, satellite pharmacy, nutrition space, locker rooms, toilet rooms, staff offices, consult, registration and waiting rooms.

The existing prep/recovery rooms will receive finish upgrades. The scope of work also included the removal of interior partitions, equipment and finishes.
