Summary

General contractor Roncelli, Inc. took the former Northern Lakes Seafood space located at the Kingsley Inn near the corner of Woodward Avenue and Long Lake Road in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., and transformed it into an upscale fine dining restaurant. The restaurant is the second of the iconic Joe Muer Seafood family of restaurants.

Roncelli converted the old restaurant space into a state-of-the-art eatery worthy of the Joe Muer tradition which began in 1929. Roncelli oversaw all aspects of renovation as the construction manager of the project. The renovation included total interior demolition and construction of a retro-modern facility with a black and white tile bar area, sunburst chandeliers, raw bar, two spacious dining areas, custom wine rack and a full kitchen facility. There was a complete renovation of the entrance with a new sleek façade and newly stained concrete walkways.

The entire renovation took just under six months to complete.
