Roncelli was selected by General Motors to perform construction services on the roof of the GM Components Holdings plant in Grand Rapids, Mich. The work consisted of Roncelli’s team demolitioning four existing roof access stairs and modifying an existing staircase.

The team detailed, fabricated and installed five galvanized stairs, handrails, grating treads and landings with corral guards. New roof flashing and membrane roofing was replaced as needed along with all necessary roof penetrations.
