This roof extension project involved raising approximately 73,160 square feet of existing roof by 6 ft.  The extension of the area increased the finished building height to 26’ 2” feet.

Painstaking care and coordination was taken to raise the height of roof.  Extreme measures were taken to ensure the safety of all during the process. Scope also included foundations, structural steel, siding and roof decking, single ply roofing, concrete floor slab removal and replacement, power to relocated lighting and new circuits.

The refurbishment included upgrades to the interior and exterior of building, architectural finishes, electrical service, new plumbing, and HVAC systems.  Site utilities, paving and landscaping were added to the scope of work.
