Roncelli, Inc. was selected to build the new Medical Office Building (MOB) for William Beaumont Hospital in Grosse Pointe, Michigan.

The MOB serves as a multi‐disciplinary healthcare destination for the Grosse Pointe community. The MOB includes approximately 62,565 square feet on three floors, including a 14,832 square foot ASC, a 12,238 square foot Endoscopy Center, a 8,815 square foot Primary Care/Family Medicine suite, a 6,242 square foot Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine suite, a 5,272 square foot Imaging suite, a 4,264 square foot Pain Clinic, a 3,025 GI Clinic and a 1,111 square foot Medical Gas/Breakdown Room.
