The EHOVE Career Center Capital Improvement Program represents a long-term commitment to enhancing vocational and technical education facilities in Lorain County, Ohio. Awarded through a competitive Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) selection process, this project is being delivered by a joint venture between Roncelli and Greenspace. The JV was selected based on a best-value evaluation that emphasized both technical expertise and pricing, with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and alignment with EHOVE’s educational mission.

Spanning from mid-2025 through the end of 2029, the project encompasses extensive renovations and additions to the existing Career Center campus. The improvements are designed to support expanded academic programs, modernize classroom environments, and improve overall campus infrastructure, all while maintaining a safe and functional setting for students and staff. Our scope encompasses full preconstruction services including budgeting, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability review, and master scheduling.
