Summary
Roncelli was hired by ProMedia to complete The Russel J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital Pediatric Behavioral Health Pavilion and Behavioral Development Transition Center located on the ProMedica Toledo Hospital North Campus.
Phase 1, completed in Spring of 2024, included a 12,000 SF interior renovation for a Pediatric Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit that consists of 18 individual patient beds with 4 ICU patient beds within The Russel J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital.
Roncelli’s scope of work encompassed all design-builder (DB) services, including programming, design, construction, and procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Additionally, our team focused on interior design and infrastructure improvements to ensure optimal functionality.
