Roncelli assembled a design-build team for the FCA Truck Assembly Metering Facility project, located in Warren, Mich. The project, a 29-acre site designated by the State of Michigan as a “Brownfield” property, was developed into a single story 451,000 square-foot pre-engineered metal building. Features of the building include 80 integral truck docks, office space, locker and break rooms, along with an asphalt tractor-trailer drop lot.

Decorative fencing has been installed along the public spaces and an aesthetic precast concrete wall separates the site from the adjacent neighborhood.
